I got market order fills in 5 seconds with on screen confirmation in 10 seconds and email confirmations in 10 minutes. As for customer service, I called about a question on margin accounts, Yvonne took my phone number and said she would call me back in few minutes rather than have me wait on hold. Well she did call back after she talked to somebody in the margin department. BPP, or BP, do you really have an account? You know a guy can get in big trouble making up stories about a company.
