I'd have to say it is working so far. II %bulls has been dropping and %bears starting
to rise a bit. That kind of thing can go along with the revival of an uptrend OR
it can be the early stages of an intermediate term correction. If it is the early stages
if the Intermediate term correction, then %bulls will drop all the way to < %bears.
A long ways to go.

If the uptrend is intact intermediate term, then the near term hit is probably about over,
maybe over with today. Otherwise, quite a ways and while to go. So, for me, today is
the key day to decide which.
