To all, I have just gotten back from my visit to Cycomm in McLean. I had a very pleasant visit with Mr. Hawk and he was most kind to have spent some time with me.
The update which Matt Leo put on the thread a few days ago is about all that I learned new as far as plans, etc.
So, I'll give you my assessment of Mr. Hawk and of course it is my opinion after meeting him which is why I went in the first place. Mr. Hawk is a winner. Mr. Hawk has a grasp on the "Big Picture" and he is woking towards building Cycomm into a major player if not THE major player in the ruggedized laptop computer business. The addition of Omnidata and the appointment Mr. Gangemi for XL show the direction he is taking. Whether we agree with any of these decisions or not is, as you know, immaterial.
There is going to be more and more visibility for Cycomm in the coming months and they are going to be profitable next year. The market will also learn that and will move the stock some after the first of the year in all probability. As far as any other public info goes, Matt's note says it all.
I personally am going to add to my holdings.
You are going to see Cycomm grow under this man's leadership. The stock is a bargin now. Consider ourselves lucky that the bid/ask spread is like it is because if it were on the NASDAQ we would pay a lot more to get it. Incidently, They are staying on the AMEX he told me.

Have a good holiday,

Don
