Neither option is a likely outcome here.

Look at the molecules that have gotten BTD, then look at what is known about RB. The 'currency' for acceptable outcomes here is the demonstration of MOA knowledge and principles that the scientific and clinical community (not a small group of vested owners) both accept and are excited by, neither is in play for RB.

The recent NASDAQ bid affirms the very soft foundation for PVCT
