Not long after -- he left the Bush WH in 06 as a disgruntled employee, and two years later managed to get the Bush-bashing book out and endorse Obama.
Really, he's a totally unimportant personality and I don't know why we're wasting time on him. He is, politically, a has-been, and he knew that when went for the book money. Evidently, when he left the Bush administration, he had moved far to the left ideologically, and that's obviously his prerogative. Like many politicians have done, he simply decided to change parties.
What IS important, however, is that McClellan is the only person you can find to support your views about Bush, which says a lot about how out there they are. |
