I discovered the AVTC series A shares were not adjusted when their common split 1 for 10 and then 2 for 1. They are owned by the CEO's father. His 2 million series A shares that are worth roughly $25-30 million would 'only' be worth $5-6 million had they adjusted them. Until this is corrected I don't see how the company -- as exciting as their business sounds -- can be trusted.
