Bennett, what is known about the differences between these two MAbs? Are there isotype changes (say as to minimize effector functions in the second version) or do they simply target different epitopes on CD4 and that somehow leads to different depleting behavior?

Answers to these questions, of course, will not be enough to predict ultimate success or failure, but would help to figure out if I should expect something different (from what happened with CE9) this time around.
