Wayne, I do not know those specific limits. I am sure that red flags start at some point and then the regulators watch closer but you're right about CYP. It traded over 2 million shares and was not halted. The other odd thing, really odd actually, is how incredibly low the volume was earlier in the day. Go back to about noon yesterday and read the posts. We had about 10 trades for 20k or something ridiculously minute like that. The clown should have the answer as he knows so many people and has such good reputation - so he says.
