Funding the PIII will not be a problem for PVCT, the shelf is full of shares yet to be issued.....but that really isn't the point . They are set up as a licensing company, not an R&D company. If no license deal emerges I suspect they will take their patents and look for an alternate path to retirement....like they did with the last company they operated
