Did the DIP crash the Telemark project? Did the DIP delay the Clipper hook-up? Did the DIP cause ATP to miss its milestones, thereby triggering the asset sell-off? Did the DIP introduce ATP to the habit of never getting a forecast right and never staying on budget? No, the DIP didn't do these things. The notion that the DIP engineered this whole situation for its own benefit is not supported by the facts, not the least of which is the market price of the DIP loan. Rumour has it that the DIP will be lucky to see half of its money repaid if the term ORRIs stand, and it will be a travesty of justice if they don't. You show me some actual evidence that the DIP purposefully created this situation, and I'll be happy to refute it. Come to think of it, you show me some evidence for most of the actual garbage that gets written on this message board, and I'll refute that as well.
