Aren't they all (mostly) crybaby lawsuits? The market didn't react much to the one against ASND. There is a more appropriate mechanism for disgruntled investors to use. It's called the SEC. If Mory was really pulling some kind of scam, he would have to be pretty stupid. He lost the most by his own missteps. Why would he deliberately shoot himself in the foot? swrdfsh
