Well, it IS very difficult to control people that are starving and are "supposed" to use a currency that's lost most of its value.

Just because they can't control what currency the people use doesn't mean the people are going to "rise up" against the regime in any serious way.

Unless the Chinese were to instigate it in some way I don't see any chance of regime change in N. Korea.
