Living things are filled with things just as irreducibly complex Name a few. shouldn't let bacteria exist ... I suggest you slap him in the face with that when you get a chance. Slap "him" in the face? Shall we pull his long white beard too? Terrestrial animal life is crucially dependent on terrestrial plant life, which is crucially dependent on soil & the bacteria that breakdown molecules into useable foms of nutrients . This makes perfect sense when seen as part of interdependent functioning cascading ecosystems that rise out of long adaptive evolutionary process. Not to mention a few major extinction events along the way, we find many are the changes to plant biological structure as well, from primitive algae & fungal matts to later vascular plants. Evolution is always alot smarter than you are, Life finds a way on every level.
