Shawn, would appreciate some input as to what's going on with ITSI. I have been holding lots of this stock for years now and was expecting some good things to happen by Thanksgiving, yet NOTHING! The stock hit 1.125 intra-day yesterday and looks quite weak--is it trying to tell us something? I was under the impression that the $20million preferred stock placement was going to be done by Thanksgiving and that Berjaya was going to take all $20 million--now I read in a newsletter that Berjaya is only taking $5 million worth of the preferred. They must be having problems getting takers for the other $15million, if that's true. That could explain the weakness in the stock--also, possibly tax loss selling could be occurring(although the volume is quite light recently) I'm not about to bail out here--have held the stock patiently for years now--but am getting concerned that this turnaround might just never happen.
