Penn West looks like it has finally turned the corner. They have new board members and a new ceo and everyone is buying a lot of stock. It looks like a catalyst. Talk of splitting up, selling something, getting more efficient, doing SOMETHING. Now a point or two higher than it was but still pretty cheap. Hope everyone is doing ok.
