Looks like Crossroads and Crosspointe have different approaches. Crossroads seems to be addressing interfaces within the enterprise, whereas Crosspointe/CommerceOne are addressing e-commerce building on what looks like an EDI-based approach? Its the same problem all around, though. The interesting thing to me is CommerceOne. There must be a way to crack this nut otherwise I doubt they'd attempt to build a business around it.
