Good morning Margaret. You are a genius in my book all the time. I am having a lazy weekend. Bought some new very EXPENSIVE shoes a few days ago (this is off topic so I hope no one is offended) and spilled a little water with shaving cream on them this morning. The finish literally transformed into an entirely different color immediately. The scientific types on this thread will no doubt understand what happened but I didn't and marched back to the store this morning. The salesman takes them in the back and spills water all over the shoes and nothing happens. Could it be the shaving soap and hard water (we live in the country)? The guy is such a good salesman he gives me a replacement pair and sells me another in a different color. Otherwise my day has been uneventful. I will go to the university president's reception this afternoon and tomorrow will go back to my studio in the basement and get to work. In March I will be having a solo show at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts which is a world class art museum. I would be happy to send a brochure/invitation to any of my friends on the thread who would like one. Yes intc, orcl and msft were mentioned favorably last night on WSW.
