That's a fantastic video! Thanks. It reminds me of a woman I met at her bookstore in Montana. There was a clipping of a B-17 and a news article pinned to her wall. Her father had been a B-17 pilot and was shot down over Holland (like my father-in-law, over Germany). When he got to the ground the German's were waiting for him. A Dutchman saw them capture him and ran out to collect his mae west vest they left there. Years later, maybe 40, the two of them got together somehow and the Dutchman returned the vest to him.

Sadly, according to this, he was murdered. billingsgazette.com
