I agree. Was implying that many areas have made their initial up move already sort of like what happened last cycle in 2000-02.. Most places aren't anywhere near what the peak prices you already see in parts of Boston, NYC, LA and SF. This will go on for some time. Seems only a sharp rise in rates or big spike in oil prices will derail this cycle midstream.. Also the cycles are shortening. Will probably be a much shorter peak to peak than the typical 18 year cycle like 1988-2006 period? Maybe this next peak happens within 10-12 years from the last peak?
