I did no such thing. Provide an exact reference where I said COMS bought USRX for cash. I didn't say you said they paid cash, I said you implied it. Here's the exact reference where you did that: Message 2892868 .... Unfortunately COMS paid a fortune ($8 billion) .... $ is a dollar sign implying cash. You could have said $ billion worth of stock.
