From Eli:

1. "We are aware of the comments on SI Investor, including the frustration with some of my cautionary statements and supposedly weak PR. We are trying to build a major company here, thru our performance rather than hype when we have good things to talk about we have a pretty effective PR organization."

2. "The name Sundisk was changed prior to IPO at the request
of Sun Micro. We are very happy with the Sandisk name."

From my perspective, Eli has given this company a lot of blood & sweat since he started SNDK. He has been well compensated for his efforts and he richly deserves same.
