The mine will be completed one way or another it is too close to completion. The mine is worth quite a bit at this stage of completion and this is without considering the other properties and assets such as Asia Minerals. How can you say a property with 300 mill poured into it is practically worthless, that makes no sense. As to the debt being "senior" that is not relevant since any debt takes precedence over a share of Common.
