Brian, what is your synopsis on the rest of the Resolutions in
the proxy? I know that most of this is already in the bag and
it would take alot of foreign stock holders to make a difference
if we banded together. IOW's our measley shares won't make much
of a difference, just annoy them like a mosquito bite :o).

I would like to vote but only if there some coordinated effort.
