I do believe that Msft and Nok have met to discuss a merger and I would not be surprised if sometime this year, the deal did come to fruition. Certain items must be dealt with first:
1. NSN must be dealt with
2. Nok feature phones must regain lost market share
3.Nok smart phones(including EOS which debuts 7/11) must increase in market share
4. Nok must show a profit
5. The PPS must improve along with these developments
6. Msft must be willing to negotiate a serious price for Nok, which has a great future without Msft but also with it.
