Lindy, read my post again....

I wasn't saying anything about what people should be paid.

I was just saying that when you hire somebody you shouldn't be able to treat them like personal servants that HAVE to be available at YOUR beck and call.

MY problem with Walmart is that they expect their employees to be available at all hours so they aren't able to work any other jobs.
