Looks like I'm a day late and a dollar short (as usual). We'll see what happens tomorrow. My employer actually expects me to produce something of value. I just can't understand how they could be so inconsiderate as to want me to put my investment interests in second seat.

As for the Delaware issue, most entities that are organized under the laws of Delaware are not domiciled there. And they don't pay income tax rates there unless they're actually conducting business in the state. I doubt you really meant "domiciled," but who am I to take issue with what you write!

Your reminder of the many faces of the DIP group is well founded. Regardless that some of them may be U.S. and/or exempt entities, my bet is that the tax structure is driven by the Swiss bankers and their off-shore customers.

On an unrelated subject, since I understand you're hanging in British Columbia, do you happen to know why Canadian couples prefer doggie style?

What, you don't? I didn't think so.

That way they can both watch the hockey game.
