In the final analysis, does Msft really believe that Nok, with it's W8 devises, will do well in the coming year? If they do actually believe that, they should suck it up and pay an historic premium that they would have to pay anyway next year and avoid the risk that someone else will make an offer that can't be refused for Nok in the interim.
