You made a statement that was not true (i.e., "the least successful countries have weak governments, and usually small governments" ). It was not nuanced.

The truth is that a combination of democratic principles, a liberated population and logical government organization leads to stable policies that promote good governing. It has nothing to do with size or strength, which are evolutionary characteristics apparent in both successful and unsuccessful governments.
