OT - Welcome back. Hope you've been well. I've been casting aside the doom and gloom the past 6 months and trying to focus on my health. Had terrible tendonitis in my hands/wrists, now it's just bad at times. Accomplished so much with diet. ABX coming off the lows now, but don't really trust anything yet.
