HEX, my inclination is to vote with the company on all measures. However, I don't follow their reasoning for number 5. Here it is: 5 - To approve the issuance of ordinary shares of up to 10% of the issued share capital for the time being from the 1997 AGM date to the 1998 AGM date pursuant to section 161 of the Companies Act. I don't really know what this means or its purpse. I hope someone on this thread can straighten it out. I wouldn't want to the company to authorize more shares (I would rather them use cash for purchases), and certainly not issue them, since it would be dilutive. Brian
