STEPPE GOLD PRES JOHN MENZIES actively posts in the SPE thread. exchange2000.com I post because I like the dialogue - and the more you post and inform the thread of current activities and answer questions the more thought provoking and the better the quality of the posts from others. This is a medium which you can not avoid - and it is quite enjoyable - if you can find the time. The issue from a legal persepctive after discussion with VSE surveillance and our lawyers would appear inter alia to be the disclosure of information which has not been released. The answer to this is quite simple do not post information which has not been propoerly released. In this regard it would not appear to be the form but the content. I write most of the press releases so I have a good understanding of the content and I always did badly in English so the form is always questionable. John Menzies
