Yes that was my original point to lower reported crime rates in city centers..

High prices for property and rents these days compared to the 1960's and 1970's keep so called 'undesireables' out like never before.

Tallest residential building in the world going up just south of Central Park on W 57th street... Net worth well into eight figures needed to afford it..
