Ill tell you a sick story. I own a lot of Watson, as the stake I had in Bolar Pharmaceutical, later, renamed Circa, was purchased by Watson. I bought at the height of Bolars regulatory crisis, the reason I bought was just what you mentioned. Watson, in buying Circa, bought into Somerset Labs, the RPR Dilacor JV and also the AndRx JV. Bolar was flooded with lawsuits and shutdown, but they had these partnerships providing a great deal of cash flow to mitigate the damage. Once the legal stuff wound down, the underlying strength showed through. I bought as low as $5. Bolar got down to $2. Patience Reigns. It was a perfectly logical scenario, a layup. People panic and create opportunities for others.
I like AndRx, I dont particularly care for Watson right now, but I do own a lot of it at very low prices and dont want to pay the taxes now, I also own a bundle of Sepracor that has a JV with AndRx. If this one works for Sepracor, look for a LT relationship there. Don't overlook this, I think this could be vey lucrative for AndRx, as it is its first non-generic its working on.

This would set this stock on fire should it happen.
I don't own it but I agree it has a good future and patience will apply.
