Jim,
I too, have seen the MM who prints at the offer right after someone has bombarded the bid at .006-.0074 every time they see it,
there is someone bailing of a large position, probably expecting any number of the following:
No one can fault the MM's for the games they play; as they can only do it in voids created by companies,
and they, like everyone else, other than a few veteran observers they fully expect and have priced in:
1) management to fail 2) product failure 3) a bone shilling reverse split 4) failure to frame the message 5) a corp. name and symbol which says nothing to no one, worse, it brings about the same feeling as drinking hot beer 6) several quarters of revenue and earnings, but, inproper press approach; thus, no audience, therefore, no support 7) a subsidiary that seems to be gaining strength, no one knows anything about it really, and therefore. we remain without support 8) No one telling the story, so people like us, can understand it
I can go on, but why bother?
my policy on this is simple: I am doing everything right out in the open, in full view of the entire investing public and those sent as watchers.
If I was on the internet searching for clues to an investment with exponential effect returns, the first thing I would take notice of, is everything you are discovering just being slightly observant; I just started this last week, btw
The only thing I can do is propose these changes to the company, whether they make the decisions quickly or slowly, doesn't make a difference, as long as one person, this person in particular, proposes them, they will be heard; and considered I assure you of that, based on my 15 years association with President David Walker, (my personal Jesus) and CTO Mark Daugherty.
New friend Marc Anderson, is the key to the Dept. of Energy and he is in charge of the entire Chemial and BioTechnical Engineering Wing at University of Wisconsin, and no one has a clue about what he is accomplishing with power cells, but, it is all out in the public domain; for anyone to figure out: engr.wisc.edu Marc Anderson Chemical and Biological Engineering
Apioneer in nanoscience, Civil and Environmental Engineering Professor Marc Anderson is renowned for his creativity and groundbreaking research in controlled colloid synthesis.
This is what I intend to do: Help everyone; figure it all out,
And thus, enrich myself grotesquely; again; with the same team as before (but better) as the last company I came in to help them with; that ran from .75 down to .20 my first year; but from .20 to $15.00 my second year!, (hello)
the task for (Steve)SolRayO, symbol EIPC, for now, is: 1) make every single person selling EIPC stock here; and every share from here below .50 cents, regret it, and make them want to buy it all back
2) change the name of the parent corp. to Solar Energy Technology Systems, or anything that starts with solar, power cells, batteries, anything that tells who we are, and what we actually do, the moment a person clicks to us, and the second they read the headline of a press release
3) make sure everyone knows the following:
I personally am against a reverse split, and I know that the Directors share that view: ( I do not speak for them)
I do not feel the company requires it, or should risk it, ever, unless it is for acquisition purposes or to effect a merger of strengths,
and I can tell you, I don't think it is necessary, if I did, I would have no issue stating it, because, I am coming in at .0069, where is my downside? I had to get a calculator to calculate all these .0066 .0069 numbers,
but one thing I do know traders, investors, long term and short term want to see, and that is,
"for every dollar they put in, they know they will get the same dollar out"
Solrayo and thus EIPC has something for the first time in its history,
someone from the business, with the Boards ear:
As far as I am concerned, SI has been a great platform and I have been using it since 1996.
This thread is welcomed to make suggestions to me and the company; all day long, as it pertains to the corporate image and spreading its message; and finally,
if there wasn't a message to be spread; well, there wouldn't be a reason for my involvement now, of all times,
would there be?
Welcome Findit. This is about to become your thread too |
