Did Cheney authorize himself to breach security and national interests regarding Valerie Plame? It was definitely willful that he disclosed the information to unauthorized people. It was willful and malicious, serving no national interest for They the People. It was also harmful to Valerie and her family. He appears to be guilty of espionage according to that paragraph. Hopefully he turns himself in.
