By the way, Mark, I think that IMP is going to survive and actually florish. They are entering the power management field (and also a line of electroluminescent devices) which is quite big on its own, something like more than 10% of all the analogue market (I think about $2 Billion annually) and a market which itself is growing at about 18% per year. Who knows, with their electroluminescent drivers, they might get a Motorola or Nokia contract to get them back into growth mode (I think that TFS is getting a good chunk of their business from LCD for the same application).
