You are spinning...I didn't say anything about S. throwing in his lot with Putin. I said he was linked to RasPutin. He certainly took advantage of the offer of safe passage, which legally speaking is a very nice thing for someone in his position.

This is a power game, has nothing to do with right or wrong. Russia, China and Cuba are repressive places in which the rights of the individual are not foremost. I am not saying that we're perfect, far from it, but to think of those places as Utopias is misguidede.
