Nok would like to continue with NSN. They need to raise cash to buy out Siemans. Their options are:
1. Sell stock to the public...at the present low stock price, this is not a viable option
2. Sell stock to Msft
3. borrow from whomever(Msft would be a good lender candidate )
4. borrow from Goog(in return for issuing Android phones)
