Wayne, yes, since I am not an accountant type, I have missed the footnote in that stupid 10Q and didn't realized the significancy until it's too late. The thing is just when COMS showed major weakness in early November, the Asia thing and High-tech melt-down all also started to hit the news - thus blurring the companies' specific reasons for the COMS' drop. I attributed the drop of COMS to the Asia wooes, the general high-tech drop and reckness rumours but COMS' problems obivously went further than all these.

So, I think fundamental analysis is pretty d___ useless since I don't have the time and resources to do a good job - e.g. I never got invited to attend those close door analysts meetings and I can't afford those hour-long phone bill for CC.

I wanted to start a Short Term Trading of COMS thread to short term trade coms to get my money back. My assumption is that COMS will have a generally upward bias from now on until it hits $65, but in between it will swing violently up or down $20 in any directions. Guys like Cramers will make sure this stock remains volatile. There is really no point holding on to any high-tech stocks like an idiot.

I'll start such thread if I get at least four supporters.
