It certainly makes the case that the previous worst President in history, James Earl Carter, was much better than Obama is, and might even have been a better economic steward than Clinton. So maybe Clinton is one of the worst three.

Contemplate that Clinton inherited a booming economy from President Bush 41, and became the beneficiary of the Tech Bubble. President Bush came in after the tech bubble had burst and headed the nation in the right direction prior to the socialist idiot flushing us down the tank.
