Its possible to reorganize Atp, there is cash flow,and lots of assets, the judge knows this,. i am sure he is wondering why Atp does not submit a plan.Has dip so hamstrung Atp, that the dip has the only say.I think the dip and atp management have conspired since the filing of Bk all along, if the judge approves the363 sell he will be violating his responsibility.The class action lawsuits will go on and on.We may in the future see this in a segment of American Greed.
