Looking at the poster, plasma levels of the (weakly active) metabolite are approximately the same in healthy volunteers at 2 hrs and at 24 hrs. And 24 hr steady state plasma conc. for the metabolite is about 2.5X the maximum achieved for GLPG0634 (at 2 hours).

Are they basically saying that the metabolite is the product?
