Mang, if you don't have enough time and resource for fundamental analysis, then you certainly lack them for short term trading. Trading is more demanding on your time and resource. Unless you have some edge over others, trading wouldn't make you rich. Things that give you an edge include knowing people who are close to the company, they might be able to tell you something. When you trade, the guy playing against you is the market maker. He works for, say Morgan Stanley. He has faster access to his firm's analyst up/down grades, he has access to level I/II/III screens which give him a lot demand/supply information, and he can earn spreads, mark ups/downs which you cannot earn. Chances are you will be on the short end. If you decide to trade anyway, do that on a small scale, untill you have done a statistical significant large number of trades to determine your skills. By then you know if you should proceed.
