I've eaten in some of her restaurants and there are no different from any other when it comes to butter. If you take any of the Food Network shows, the ingredients they use can be fairly extreme.

Have no idea what her restaurants do. All I know is her recipes on teevee usually involved lots of butter and sugar all while she had type 2 diabetes.

Of course, according to you, her diabetes had nothing to do with her rich diet.
