The scriptures call Cyrus annointed becaue he allowed rebuilding of the Jerusalem temple. You're trying to read way too much into that.

As for syncretic influences, I've already established that Zoroastrianism isn't any older than Judaism ... so if there was influence, who influenced who?

Furthermore, many of those things you mention aren't unique to either Judaism or Zoroastrianism.
