Nah, Buy the new shares or the preferred stock. If the company does indeed live to continue in 1998, its going to be the "new" money that is going to own the company. (Company has gambled away present stockholder's interest.) Unless they truely surprise everyone and just give half the company away, the road is only a short road to 50 cents. End of the line would come with the announcement. Company appears to have present shareholders willing to apply the deep pockets to their situation (getting more control at a discount). If you are a shareholder now you will know your fate very soon. Good luck.
