If you think about it the reason the FED was tapering was because they feared slipping towards 0 or having a couple of back to back under 1 and above O. So they stepped on the pedal and did what they did and STILL couldn't get it where they wanted> BUT their hope is and continues that as they step off the pedal for they KNOW the negative side of the equation of spending 85 billion endless so they do such because they MUST.. And those who are good with numbers know why. As a result the masses can now digest what those behind closed doors knew, and understand the numbers to determine yes depression was avoided so too the seizing of the financial systems, and so too will recession be avoided but 1.8% or 2.5 doesn't cut it for job creation, unemployment etc in the face of policy that raises debt ceiling and other. So be HAPPY we survived. Just don't buy into the story that some are pushing. If it were THAT good they would NEVER have had to SPEND THE 85 BILLION. And they could stop NOW. Due your own due diligence but also understand how that affects the markets world wide and of course GOLD. Fintas
