Re: "in your opinion how long can the stock market continue to go up?" Over the very long term, I believe the trend will continue to be up. Over the intermediate term, I think it can still go higher. Over the short term, it's anybody's guess. Re: "do you have an idea about when to sell?" When I can find something else that looks more attractive, or when I need the money, or when I just don't want to put up with the fluctuations any more; that is when I'll sell.
