As usual, you missed the whole point. First,I am ok with risk: I, as a lawyer who knows more
about shareholder issues than you, stated that CREAF will eventually be held accountable
for the COMDEX announcements----if they make them, fine, if not, they will have a problem, especially if the price stays low
compared to what it was pre the "wowing" announcement. I fully anticipate they will announce something soon.
Second, it is I who will sue you--not on your stupid alleged TLAB trades, thats not a cause of action. I asked you five times to quit posting me, and you keep harrassing me.
You know nothing about defamation of character law, you
can't sue me for saying I don't believe you--its a free country, I have first amendment rights. Besides, the truth
is an absolute defense to defamation--and you are the one who refuses
to explain your alleged analysis or provide corroboration for your trades (prior posts and fellow board members will back me on that, bozo).
You also need damages--the fact I hurt your little bitty feelings doesn't cut it.
