we were sent out a pm last year that threads that had not been active for a certain amount of time would be removed.... with the changes that have taken place this year.... I don't know what the current status is.... at one point everyone with a lifetime membership was due to have it expire in 2014 even though it was sold for 200$ as a lifetime membership.... The real founding members of SI did not pay anything and they were grandfathered into a life time membership.... their status actually read Grandfathered/ I am totally astonished that their is not a Wikipedia entry about Silicon Investor and also very surprised that no one has written a breezy book that talks about some of the episodes and relationships that have been established on here.... and the incredible side stories... this is such a rich and valuable time capsule which illustrates so much about how psychology and personalities drive our emotions....our markets and that each era has its own particular Zeitgeist........ spirit of the times. John
